How long will my order take?
Once you have placed your order and forwarded your chosen pictures to us, we will process and dispatch it within 3-5 business days. Please then allow 1-3 days for your order to arrive via first class mail. If you need it sooner, let us know as we might be able to help.  Email or phone us to see if we're able to help you out. 

What resolution is required to put a photo on a gift?
Most gifts require a photo with a minimum resolution of 900 x 600 pixels.
If we are unable to fulfill your order to our high standards we will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity. We recommend sending us the highest possible file size.

What type of effects can you do?
We can convert your images to black & white, or sepia (antique look) or what ever else you require. We can crop your images and tidy up blemishes, if you require and we don't charge for this.

I want to order a item and have a name put over / under the photo, can I do this?
Yes. Email us with with the details that you want, text, position, colour, etc and we will do our best to help you. Once we have designed it, we will email you a picture for your approval before your order is produced (if you require) this is at no extra cost.  Please note your order will still take 3 to 5 days once you have approved your design proof.

Will my image or photograph be exactly the same on the product?
All photos will need a bit of cropping and editing to fit each product.  We will try to match the colours as close as possible, if you are not happy let us know.

What is your return / refund policy for photo gifts?
We do not disappoint and will not disappoint.  If you are ever dissatisfied with your order, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.

I want to order 10 items for my football team, is there any discount?
Email us first before placing your order, to find out if there is a discount available.  We also offer a competitive discount for trade enquiries.

Can I submit any image? 
Yes. But beware you should note that when you submit a photo to us, you are confirming to us that you own the rights to that image (art, photography, picture etc), and / or you have given / obtained the relevant permission. Please don't submit copyrighted material to us.

I don't have a digital camera, can i send you a normal photograph?
If your photo is valuable or of sentimental value, we recommend that a copy is made before sending it to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Your photo will be returned to you separately, from the goods ordered. Please get in-touch for postal address and further details.
